The Ministry Lab’s Co-Lab Feedback Loops are cohorts in which leaders exchange ideas and resources to multiply and amplify one another’s positive ministries.
A positive feedback loop, biologically speaking, is when the end product of an action causes more of that action to occur. A negative feedback loop “reduces the stimulus of that process”. But just as too much negativity will stifle health and growth, too much of a “good thing” can pull an organism or ecosystem away from homeostasis, and the imbalance can lead to illness or death.
