Holiday Markets
Thanks to Sahan Journal reporter Katelyn Vue for sharing this Great Idea in their December 08, 2024, post.
Vue writes:
Cultural markets offer everything from Indigenous beadwork to Tanzanian blankets. The Twin Cities area offers cultural holiday markets with vendors from the Indigenous, Tanzanian, Indian, Latino and Hmong communities. Some markets include live music, children’s activities and food trucks.
This could be a great intergenerational outing – building community both among congregation members and throughout the broader community as you support local, diverse artists.
